In addition to donations of time and money, The Newtowne Players always appreciates in-kind donations. Below is a list of items, large and small, currently needed at Three Notch Theatre.
Administrative
*Laser color printer capable of printing up to 11” by 17”
*Appropriate publishing/photo editing software
*Antivirus software and other protective services
*Annual subscription fees for hi-speed internet connections (GMP cable) to improve web/graphic services
*Fax machine
*Locking storage cabinet
*Small refrigerators and freezer for inside/under lobby bar
*Refrigerator for the green room - can be second hand.
*Upright vacuum cleaners - can be second hand.
*Comfortable settees and chairs and small tables for lobby so guests (especially older) can sit.
*Folding screen to cover gate.
*Fan for the green room (ceiling or floor).
*A mailbox that can be mounted in the office that has slots so each board member has a mailbox.
*Plaques to list donors or display cases where we can continue to add our historical or current events.
Production related
*Basic tools (hammers, drills, etc)
*2 permanent headset cables.
*Electrical outlets
*Stage Lighting and spotlight (fundraiser or sponsor)
*Headsets (fundraiser or sponsor)
*Front / rear projection screens (for scenery and films)
*Data projector
*VCR/DVD player (that can hook up to our projector and sound system)
